Poor customer service from receptionists. Tried to register with practice and was told they had limited avalibilty but after telling them I needed a filling was to much for them and I could not register. Very unhelpfull

Good Dentist, used as a teenager and I'm phobic about dentists. Lovely helpful staff.

They make your routine check up appointment FOR YOU then when you don't turn up they have the cheek to say that if you don't turn up again they can't see you! Outrage! Usually you get a reminder letter to say you need to call up yourself they shouldn't make the appointment for you. The receptionists are rude also and try there best to be patronising.
