Having had several bad experiences over the years and not seen a dentist for quite some time, I booked an appointment with some trepidation. However from the lovely smiley and friendly receptionist to my dentist I cannot fault them here. My initial consultation was nearly an hour with x-rays and everything explained to me, all my options, and followed up with an email. I had a tooth extraction today and can honestly say that it was pain free, injections are uncomfortable but that's s necessary thing anyway. The staff here are brilliant and I can honestly say I'm actually looking forward to going back! Thank you 😊

As an extremely nervous patient, I have finally managed to overcome my huge fear of visiting the dentist, thanks to the staff and dentists at this practice. I am always made to feel very welcome by Sarah who greets me at the reception desk. She always answers any questions I have and is more than happy to offer any advice. She talks me through anything that I’m concerned about over the phone before my appointment and puts my mind at rest. The dentist James is absolutely brilliant! He talks me through my treatment and always makes sure that I know what he’s going to do before he does it and gives plenty of time for small breaks which really helps my nerves. Thanks to his kind, professional and gentle ways of working, I can honestly say that I have overcome a huge fear. The dental nurses are all lovely and take that little extra time to make sure I am comfortable and have on a couple of occasions sat with me before treatment when I have been a little distressed and have made me calm enough to continue. I highly recommend this practice and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Harrow Lane Dental Practice! Clare Jeffery

All the staff are friendly and professional. The practice is excellent at dealing with emergencies, and are very clear about their pricing. My son has suspected autism and James has been brilliant at making him feel at ease; he's friendly, gentle and offered extra visits just to help my son feel more comfortable. He's now happy to have his teeth checked, so that extra support made such a difference. It would be nice if the waiting room could be a bit more child friendly. Maybe just a few children's magazines added to the pile, or a small play corner. The waiting times aren't usually too long, but I think something added for the children would make them feel more comfortable and at ease when visiting, especially if they're feeling a bit anxious about it. I've been with this practice for years, and I'd recommend it to anyone, especially families with children who need a little extra help or time when visiting the dentist.

I am a very nervous patient so a visit to the dentist was not a place i can say i was going to enjoy, but the staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. i did take me some time to come down of the ceiling .Zoe the Dentist was very calm, reassuring and most importantly was very informative,as much as i didn't want to listen zoe explained every aspect of my treatment in a calm manor which put me in a better place, so i had better sit in the chair then. Thank you for being patient and understanding, cant say it was a pleasure but it certainly wasn't as bad as i had expected,and so my next visit my anxiety level will be lower, once again THANK YOU

A very professional and efficient practice. The dentist and staff make you feel welcome and take time to put you at ease. Never had any complaints and the treatment has always been to a very high standard. A practice that others should be judged against in my opinion. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a new surgery.
