When my elderly grandfather visited the shop to ask for help with topping up his wife’s phone, he was ridiculed. Two employees mocked him for having such a ‘big’ phone and decided that it was appropriate to play a game of catch with it. His wife has very poor eyesight, so needs a large phone, which big buttons. This is completely unacceptable behaviour, especially from people who are paid to help customers. My grandfather was very embarrassed and is now worried that the phone is no good. All he wanted was to top it up, as he didn’t know how to do it himself- he didn’t go into the shop to be abused by two disrespectful, disgusting members of staff. We are absolutely appalled and will not be dealing with this O2 shop again.

This has to be the most friendly mobile phone shop in the country. The staff will take their time with you and answer all of your questions. They are well educated in what they are selling and you will leave with exactly what you were looking for.
