Bought my third NDK/SKUK kayak last week. 1st being the Romany several years ago, great kayak, just too small for me, second was a brand new Explorer HV and fell in love with it. Fast and just eats the rough water. My third I bought last week. The Sport. What a fantastic kayak. I have never experienced the stability and manoeuvres this excellent kayak can do. These are the best sea kayaks in the world. And I'll have a fleet if them some day. Fyi aftercare from SKUK is top notch get yourself into a demo day and you will see for yourself how good they are
SKUK make, in my opinion, the best sea kayaks. They may not have the fancy outfitting of some of the other manufactures but the boat design's are great, the construction is rock soild and the performance of the boats is exactly what I look for in a sea kayak.
Lovely and helpful people building the most fantastic and high quality sea kayaks,. They made me really welcome when picked up my new yellow Romany Classic this morning. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new sea kayak.
These guys repaired my very badly mangled Romany Surf - made it like new again! The work was excellent, clearly a lot of time and effort went into it. I would buy SKUK / NDSK because you're guaranteed that if your boat is repairable, they will repair it and do a top job - a serious consideration with an expensive piece of kit which frequently takes a battering!
