Service is appalling at this store. Staff take so long to scan your shopping and are more interested in gossiping with customers rather than get on with their job. It's all well and good to have good customer service skills, but to keep other customers waiting for 10 minutes while they just sit there talking is taking the p**s. I've o lying ever seen two tills open at any one time despite the length of the queues, they do not open other tills!! It's the worst Asda I have ever been too. Disgraceful service, would Not recommend visiting this store. I would recommend you travel a few miles down the road and visit the Llangefni store on stead, where the staff are exactly what we've all come to appreciate of an Asda store, quick, friendly, efficient and do not keep you longer than needed!!
