Oh dear! This place has really gone downhill... Normally order Fish, chips and curry sauce as a treat. The Curry has been watered down to near tasteless, and the where has the fish gone? The fish batter looked so greasy that I didn't fancy it so was very shocked to discover, after pulling all the batter off, that it contained several tiny pieces of overcooked rubbery inedible fish. This is not an isolated incident. I feel very ripped off!
Delivery order of crispy chilli beef, egg fried rice and prawn crackers. The chilli beef strips were small and overcooked, could not taste the beef, just the batter. Rice was not great. Prawn crackers were yellow, couldn't bring myself to eat them.
The best Chinsese takeway ! Food's amazing, but service might be slow when busy, especially on weekends. Best for order and collect rather than delivery Only chicken dishes are halal
Absolutely amazing service. We ordered online and the food was with us in 14 minutes, which is a great delivery time. We were a little disheartened as the fried rice was missed off our order but I rang them up and they had a new one dropped off within 5 minutes. The food was delicious too. Very impressed and will definitely use again.
I have to agree with other recent reviews, there are much better chinese takeaways within walking distance at lower prices. The sweet and sour chicken came with hardly any sauce, which made for a very dry meal with rice.
Awful food. Special fried rice was mediocre at best but the real offender were the spring rolls. The blandest thing I've ever eaten in my life. A waste of £12.
Gone way down hill absolutely disgusting food, burnt chips tasted like reheated from previous day, batter on fish rock hard and fish was slimy not 100% cooked.
Large fish £6.40. arrived as a small fish. Phoned up and was told that was the new size. less than half the size of previous orders. Really disappointing
I did used to like it here until their staff developed an attitude problem. Online says it's open at 4:30 and got shouted at through the window by one of the women working because they didn't open until 5. Wouldn't mind but I hadn't even opened my mouth all I did was walk up to the door and that's when I realised their opening times are wrong online, not as if I can see the times on their door from my living room. Not the first time she's got snotty with me either.
Ordered some meals an the crisp shredded beef we got was really disappointing. A half empty carton of mostly onion an sauce, few small pieces of crispy beef. I rang to explain only to be told that that is the portion size the chef gives. Never received such a small portion of food from anywhere before. Would no be purchasing again
