I’ve been telephoning this store for 3 weeks. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, evening or weekends. They NEVER answer the phone. This is to complete a payment for a sofa delivery which I was told could be completed by telephoning the store. As a result, I’ve now had to go on a 100 mile round trip just to speak to someone. DO NOT use this store. Customer Service is NON EXISTENT!!!!!

Please don’t go to this store for anything . I have never experienced such a poor customer service like this in my entire life . Their communication skills are poor . I bought a carpet from them in January, delivery date was cancelled twice due to poor communication . They don’t pick up phones , you will have to walk in to complain , which still doesn’t solve problems . My carpet was eventually fixed after several phone calls and visits to the shop, but the carpet was not properly glued which makes the whole staircase look horrible. I called to complain , I was advised someone will come to fix on a particular day, I have to cancel work to be home all to my surprise when I got a call that they have to cancel the appointment. Before the fixing of the carpet , my appointment was cancelled more than twice and each of this appointment means I have to cancel work to stay at home , yet they don’t Apologised all they say is “we understand you have to cancel work but unfortunately the driver can’t make it too”. The terrible part was when I went into shop to make a formal complain to the manager and he promised to leave it with him and to my surprise no words from him up till date . So I gave up , I had to call a handy man to come and fix up their uncompleted job . Please folks don’t waste time with this guys at SCS Dartford branch . Good thing is that they have lots of competitors beside them , just walk into Tapi carpet or carpet right to get your job done .

Customer service here is terrible. They graft hard for the sale and then there is no aftercare. Considering you pay hundreds of pounds for a sofa, you think they would have the means to be able to tell you the correct date of delivery. They can't put you in touch with the warehouse to tell you the delivery date. Poorly run. Wouldn't use this company again. Wish I had read reviews on this company before using them

‪@ScSSofas incompetence strikes again, first the carpet can’t be delivered on the day they say and now they can’t deliver the sofa on the day I have off. That’s 2 days pay they owe me now...how hard is it to deliver something on the day you say you will. Never seen such a joke of a company, customer service is even worse than their delivery...avoid at all cost ‬. **UPDATE** wrong sofa was delivered and now the carpet has come away on the stairs after only 8 weeks....and still no response from SCS
