WATCH OUT FOR TRAFFIC WARDENS!!! South Glos council traffic wardens stuck a £75 ticket on my car in the 4 minutes I was inside collecting my order. Parking is a nightmare due to road closure and they appear to be deliberately targetting Screwfix with high customer rate. W*&kers. Otherwise a great Screwfix branch with friendly staff.

Cancelled online order, with no notification. I only found out when I turned up at the store to collect. I was casually informed by a member of staff that it had been abandoned because they found it was out of stock, despite taking my order. No good explanation offered why I was left to find out only by turning up at the store. What a waste of my time!!

Purchased a faulty bathroom light from a different store. Returned it to this store and they replaced it immediately with no issues. Great customer service.
