The worst stock control ever, say they have things when they don't, items in wrong places and damaged broken items just left on display. Staff not able to get things from high shelves due to health and safety. Then suggested I order online although could not guarantee I would get them.

Not the biggest B&Q, but had everything I needed. Screws and nails section could do with a sign so you can see it from the front of the store, but that's the only niggle. Staff were friendly, queues were short and parking was free and plentiful.

The staff were friendly but couldn't find there own bay. I asked where something was they gave me a bay number but when I went back to them they couldn't find it. Gave up quickly and sent me to another store..

Can usually find what I need from here. Some staff during the week a bit uninterested and usually a good 5-10 minute wait in a single checkout queue. Kept reasonably clean.
