This company really does excel in customer service. As the previous commenter notes, it is a general frustration with all ironmongery websites actually pretty much all direct hardware and building supplies websites - bathroom stores I'm looking at you! that the website doesn't necessarily reflect actual stock available for immediate delivery. But of all the firms I have used for a number of recent projects, this one really has been fantastically responsive once my order was made and we were in contact. Great communication regarding the status of orders, helpful suggestions for substitutions when items were not available from manufacturers in my required timescales, altogether a gold medal service. Would definitely recommend and use again myself.
Great selection of products and customer service second to none! Alex was super helpful trying to order more stock based on photos I emailed him as I didn't have details of my previous order.
The website doesn't say whether item is in stock or not, so be prepared to be told that you have to wait a while after you order & pay. Would be good to highlight it before you pay though otherwise wastes my time.. Was also told by polite Alex from the company that the website never said the item was in stock i.e. my own misconception to think that it was - which is true, the website never does say that about any item. Was told about items out of stock the day after order, and refund processed quickly though, so fairly quick process!
