Brilliant staff and very helpful and friendly atmosphere. I travel all over the south west and I prefer  to get my parts and tools from this screwfix branch as it is the most friendly and helpful. It is my local branch and I will always purchase through this store.Never had a issue with anything at this store and staff have always gone above beyond to sort anything for me. Which helps alot. Every one of the staff members are helpful.

Wont’t price match B&Q as it’s not a competitor but within the same business group. Surely that’s even more reason to price match!

Always order from here. Products take around 24 hours to arrive. Very good service and helpful staff.

Compeitivly priced store with very helpful, friendly and informative staff. Most stock carried, the rest can be ordered for early the next day.

Absolutely outstanding service from the employees at this store all around, more specifically Lisa and Rihanna who i deal with regularly, exquisite coffee making, always helpful, always smiling. I avoid other stores purely for the service here. Have a great Christmas!

Small branch but decent levels of stock for most common items in the catalogue. Staff are friendly and helpful, and goods are usually priced well.  Customer area is quite cramped, especially with display stock out, but that comes from the small unit size I guess.

Im not sure what the lady who served me name was but she was so friendly.it was 9am sunday 3rd oct. Done Click and collect on some white paint was straight in straight out.. quick chat with the lady. been the nicest screwfix ive been too. Usually miserable robot type people in others ive been too
