The manager of screw fix was extremely rude to me this morning when returning an item, he accused me infront of a whole busy shop of customers at 8:30 am this morning- said i had tried returning the item with half the pipe missing!!!nwhen i returned the item as i bought it he refused to return the item shocking customer service very disappointing usually the staff in there are polite and kind this store manager was so awful and condescending.
I love buying my tools etc here, within minutes of ordering on line I receive a text to say it's ready for collection, products always seem available. The staff are helpful and friendly & abide strictly to the Covid-19 rules. Very competitively priced & a wide range of products.
They honoured my trade account and provided me with some very lucrative discount. The more you spend the better discount you get from shopping here. I brought plenty of items to connect the shed up to the main power supply.nVery good, the cup of tea and doughnut went down a treat. Thanks again. Cheerio
Love shopping here. Always great stock levels and great customer service. Very fast too. Highly recommended over the likes of Wickes and b&q. Prices are infinitely cheaper than them two shops
A very convenient DIY and tool supplier, they also sell a lot of things you wouldn't expect, so if you are taking on any work around the house, working on a car, or any project, it's worth giving this company a try. Special offers sell out quickly here, but in general the service is good and the product range is huge. Free customer parking right outside the door.
