Very friendly staff that are helpful!!
I really like this screwfix. I've never had a bad experiance. Always pleasant staff, polite and cheerful, they are always happy to go out of their way to help out. Most shops you go to now you just get grunted at mention no names but not a screwfix burntwood you can tell that they actually appreciate their customers and the business. They must have a great team of staff that get on as it shows. Thank you for the excellent customer service. nnWouldn't allow me to add another review so just edit this one, popped into Screwfix, couple of nights ago around 740, needed some wall plugs for some screws that I had, think the chap serving was called Lewis, he was superb, really helpful, great customer service, would keep using Screwfix due to the great customer service. Thank you Lewis

On first impressions this store seemed to have picked the right staff members as they were helpful and polite. They seemed very willing to talk to you and help you if you needed it. The store looked clean and tidy from the inside and out. They have removed the barriers and the one way system in terms of queuing up. I think Screwfix are or have allowed the ability to order in store with the counter staff as I have seen and heard people do that.
As always the service that customers are receiving from the staff at Screwfix Burntwood during these restricting times is excellent. The system set up for the collection of online orders is working great.nI realised that I had missed an item off my order so stood and ordered from my phone and the staff bought it out to me in less than 3 minutes. Excellent service thanks team
