Good service overall..It would be better if they could commit to a 2 hour service slot.

I recently visited Acorn Ford on a Monday afternoon with the intention of purchasing a new Fiesta. Unfortunately the Ford sales man couldn’t be bothered to get up from behind his desk & introduce himself or show any interest in my reason for being there. My questions were answered with Yes & No, no please or thank you & whatever he was doing on his computer was obviously much more important than the £16,000+ I had gone in to spend. I have since purchased my dream car from another Ford garage where I couldn’t have been treated any better. Retrain your salesmen on customer service Acorn Ford.

A well established Ford & Kia retail dealership who I have known by way of business & buying a new Ford + Dealer service. A proper Dealership who I would highly recommend.

My friend and I went here that needs a car on disability, and had the worst experience ever. Terrible service as sales person couldn't be bothered. Very ignorant and very loud, very arrogant attitude. Shouted out car figures and stats to patronize us.
