It’s the local supermarket, so the go to location but stock is frequently short if your after a specific item. Store layout feels like it’s rotated too frequently as well.nnStaff are friendly and always helpful.
Horrible service, i went into this morrisons with my friend and one of them called Jo likes to make agusations and likes to talk down to you like you are a parasite, I am utterly offended as a person that often shops at this store.nnShe even says she sees me loads in morrisons when I have never even seen her makes me feel really uncomfortable to even go back in if she likes to just stalk customers. I work in a shop myself and don't take note of everyone that comes in and out the shop as i find it really strange and unprofessional!nnI've had better service in Asda they are polite and very helpful unlike the staff at this morrisons in burntwood.
I always love going In this Morrisons as they have a big range of stock compared to other Morrisons stores.. But today me and my friend had a bad experience as I had my Moms discount Friends and Family discount and a store member looked through our shopping telling me I couldn't use my discount and pay for mine and my friends shopping as I was buying nappies and the child wasn't mine.. I am allowed to use my Family and Friends discount and buy my god son nappies If I want to. I am pregnant myself, she caused me a lot of stress and shown us up infront of others paying for their shopping on the self serve machines.. She said I was doing wrong by using my Moms discount? But how when I purchase things for my god son and so does my Mom. It wasn't a nice experience she was smiling and laughing and confidently told me her name so I could speak with the Manager, It's just disgusting how we was spoken to as two 28 year old women.. I was embarrassed and also angry.
Very large supermarket, well organised, and decent number of parking spaces. Trolleys regularly collected / made available at entrance.
Online party food. We ordered the 20 piece sandwiches, chicken wraps, cheese board, and a sample of cakes. All in plastic trays well presented. Made preparing for a family gathering easy. The food was fresh and tasty. Cheese board came with tasty crackers and lovely chutneys. The victoria sponge was light and tasty.
