Arrived at Screwfix Chester le street yesterday to collect my order only to find my partner had accidentally ordered it & paid for it from the Durham branch.I expected I would then have to drive over to Durham but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful rearranging the order/payment & luckily had the goods in their branch, I was really grateful.Fantastic customer service,thankyou!!
I use this particular store quite regularly and can't fault the products and definitely not the staff. They are always friendly and very efficient. One particular lady in the store advised me to use the app and check in rather than wait in the queue. I do this all the time now and find the service brilliant. Staff are fantastic.
Great goods and staff service always very friendly and go the extra mile. Offered to trolley my goods in the rain to my car.
