Staff were rude to me because im disabled then I paid for my goods and they refused to give me said items. Came out and rang head office this is when I was told staff had accused me of taking one the items out the shop which I didn't. They then tried charge me twice for the items. I have had to ring Argos customer services for over 7 hours due to their rudeness and incompetence I store. Caused me a really bad anxiety attack and near got hit by a bus on way out the shop. For all this hassle and being discrimated against and made out like im a thief they have apologised and offered me a measly 20 quid. Also the items they delivered they then tried to say there was no record of a delivery make sure you keep all receipts and emails as these people are truly unprofessional and incompetent.
Very happy to use this shop as my pick up point for eBay purchases and shopping. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Bus stop both sides of road and taxi rank outside.
Good staff manager always willing to help has for me every time so all I can say I'm happy with the store and their card
Great service and quick too, staff have always been helpful enough and never waited more than 5 minutes from paying to collecting purchases
I purchased a xmas tree yesterday from argos in chester le st 11/12/2015. while preparing to open the box it was in, it seemed that it had been resealed looking at the cellotape. once opened the contents were pathetic, and looking at the feet the tree was to stand on,. they were marked on the bottom which proved this was a returned item. then I knoticed that one of the feet had a missing piece of plastic BROKEN. I am a disgusted customer and will take this further,.today I am returning this to the store for a refund. I have taken photos for proof, hopefully other people will take notice of this feedback and be suspicious of argos goods in the future. I hope I get some sort of apology for this disgusting purchase
The staff in this store are five star quality! Friendly patient helpful and nothing is too much bother !

Very Friendly store and Good collection point for mail order shopping and Ebay. Spacious and being disabled ; very understanding and helpful.
Wasted journey to pick up a £250 carpet cleaner that was pre-ordered the day before not in store would have been 1 star but staff were friendly
