I needed a new front door after recent weather made it apparent my door was poorly insulated and was effecting the overall warmth of my home, i made enquiries with a few different companies for a composite door as i didn't want to compromise on security. I contacted Leivers & Millership and their customer service was excellent and the price was extremely competitive therefore i decided to go ahead with them. The whole process ran so smoothly and everyone i came into contact with were very friendly and professional. My door was fitted on Saturday and i am absolutely over the moon, they exceeded my expectations. The workmanship is excellent, the finishing on my hallway and outside is better than before they came! I was expecting to have to touch up/redecorate but even my neighbours have commented on how seamless everything is. Already i have seen the benefits of a much warmer home now i have a well fitted and insulated door. I will absolutely use Leivers & Millership when i eventually replace my windows.

Known this company for a number of years having been supplied with both windows and doors of a high standard. Having moved out of the immediate area and suffering from failed quotations and drawn out deliveries I saw the advertisement in local news and made contact with them again. They came "up trumps" with competitive prices and realistic lead times. On a personal note their workmen are friendly and professional with a desire to give the best service they can. You would need to search for a better company. That is why I give them 5 stars !!

The work I've had from L&M is outstanding so I am very pleased. I had fitted two windows & French door - they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Everyone I spoke to at L&M were lovely, helpful & really kind & would not stop until they ensured everything was completed to a very high standard - which it has been so that is why I wanted to express my appreciation. The work has exceeded my expectations considering it was within my budget - so I would totally recommend Leivers & Millership.

Brilliant aftersales service. Have purchased several windows and doors from Leivers & Millership over the years with no problem. The one time there was an issue they were here, assessed what was required, ordered the necessary parts and fitted them as soon as they arrived. Wouldn't buy windows or doors from anyone else.

I had my new  front door fitted on the 6th Feb lovely professional job done from start to finish. The lovely man  made sure I was happy with everything befor he left. So please with it I love it. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Leivers & Millership.  I held off writing a review until the works were complete and balance settled; so this review is no way intended to generate any kind of compensation: only to provide an accurate account of the experience.  L&M contacted me to propose a ‘one day, two teams’ booking to fit  three windows, back door & bifolds. This turned into one team arriving on the first day and an additional two days to fit the products, 15-17th December. I had received no communication from the office to state or discuss alternative arrangements. They then had to return for an additional two days for remedial work due to the substandard brickwork which had been removed and replaced around the openings. All windows and doors were identical sizes to the old ones. The work took 5 days in total which was unanticipated and difficult to navigate without prior planning around two full-time work schedules.  I am refraining from an extensive ramble about the wrong pattern bricks being used, not being cut/laid level and uneven spacing. We were made to feel like we were in the wrong to want and expect the brickwork to be right. The right bricks were able to be supplied, as they eventually were when the work was rectified. All I can presume if that it was lack of care & attention in the beginning.  On 10th January, I received a phone call to ask if the work had been completed- I thought it was a customer care call but it turns out it was a request for payment.  Overall, we are now satisfied with our new windows and doors. We have filled in the substantial holes ourselves left in the plaster around two of our windows and door opening and there are a few other niggles that we have chosen to sort ourselves for ease. However, we wouldn’t recommend L&M on the basis of the above, which is in contention with the reason that I chose a local, family run business in the first place.

Just had all windows and doors replaced by Leivers & Millership. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service, workmanship and high quality of the products supplied and fitted by them. Thank you so much.

Thank you. After we discovered our elderly relative had gone to bed, unable to lock her back door. Leivers & Milership came to our rescue and repaired the door lock free of charge. Words alone can not express how thankful we were exceptional customer service x

We are  highly delighted with the windows installed today - a great improvement on our old ones. The installers were efficient and conscientious and left everything neat and tidy.  We have used Leivers and Millership before and will do so again should the need arise.  B and G Jukes
