I HAD TO CLICK ONE STAR FOR THE POST TO GO THROUGH. OTHERWISE I RESERVE MY REVIEW AS I AM GIVING MR JOHN THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROTECT HIS GOODWILL BY GETTING IN TORCH WITH ME. I BOUGHT A C4 GRAND PICASSO ON THE 12TH OF DEC 2015 WITH 3 MONTHS WARRANT. IN LESS THAN A MONTH IT DEVELOPED A FAULT. I CALLED AND INFORMED HIM. HE ACCEPTED RESPONSIBILITY AND SAID I SHOULD BRING THE CAR TO NOTTINGHAM BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE CAR COULD NOT MOVE. HE THEN PROMISED A PAYMENT OF ONE HUNDRED POUND TOWARDS THE TOTAL EXPENSES OF ABOUT THREE HUNDRED POUNDS. EVER SINCE HE HAS AVOIDED OUR CALLS. IS THAT FAIR ON A CUSTOMER?
