Quite expensive but the organisation of the store was great! Each brand had their own section in the store. This made it much easier to find brands that I was looking for. Other than that, it's basically a general store of branded clothing. But the organisation was the most unique about it.
Always a pleasure to shop In there friendly staff as you would expect but they do go out of their way to help find the correct size
I found very nice and quality chlotes.
Uneducated manager, advised staff not to accept paper notes as they’re not in circulation no more. When told they’re still in circulation as per Bank of England website, she said her proof was a WhatsApp message. The ATM gave me the paper £20 so how can it not be used.
Disgusting customer service, got my order wrong in the store first, then made me place an order to be sent home with the right size. Again they sent the wrong size so I went into the store to exchange and they gave me a used pair off the shelf which I seen them put in the box with my own eye's and when I asked can I get a fresh pair they said it's a fresh pair. I mean if you haven't got fresh pair just say it we haven't got one why lie think you haven't been seen. Never shopping here again. Paid £130 for used items would not recommend

Took a t shirt back today for a bigger size but didn't have any in the shop but the girl looked on line for me and ordered me a new one the assistant was polite and very helpful .great shop.my only issue is that they say the shop opens at 9 am as in the window also on line it says 9AM .it wasn't open even at 9.25 so came back at 9.40 it was open need to get the times right. Thanks.
Right where do I start.? The staff where unbelievably helpful . A sort of oasis of calm and tranquility in a jungle of don't knows and don't really wanna knows ...polite professional and courteous. Would re-visit scotts at merry Hill. ............ If I ever get the time ..
Management is truly shocking and couldn't care less. Customer service is worse, selling faulty products that have been worn previously. They spend more time accusing the customer rather than solving the problem.
Manager of the store is joke. Bought shoes which had hard material inside and I worn them for one evening. Couldn’t step on my feet after because they had so hard material inside the shoes. Refund policy saying that they can’t give me refund because shoes been used even for one evening. Explain to manager where is issue, he was aggre with me that I might be really hurt for feet but still can’t give me refund... How you can notice that without wearing them?..
