Superb Service. I visited the Coleford showroom today with a dear friend of mine in her 80's. Nick was wonderful and my months of cajoling to actually get her there was rewarded with her buying a much needed recliner chair and some new bedding. Nick was patient and witty and she eventually succumbed to his charm. In her words 'such a nice young man'. Many thanks Nick.

Fabulous company. Moved here 17 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else for my furniture. Shop local before local is gone for good!

Needed a new mattress asap as my son had been sick all over his!! used fairways as local to me. Very helpful staff and delivered that day. Thank you 😃

Never experienced such bad customer service. Several members of staff were rude but one was especially rude to me. It took them 11 weeks to replace a faulty mattress after they tried to make out we had damaged it(with what was wrong there is no way we could have possibly done it). Then after two members of staff openly had an argument in front of my mum, one saying it should be replaced and one saying it should not they finally agreed to replace it after she said they would either have to swap it or have the whole bed back as it had been so expensive she obviously expected what she had paid for. Then on the day of the delivery this now being 11 weeks later they arrived two and a half hours late!
