Disgusted. Waited an hour for the 18.55 bus from cinderford to Lydney. The driver a large man with bald head in the red bus has seen me waiting to get in. Left me out in the rain waiting for him to open the automatic door. Carrie's on rummaging through his bag, looks at me and drives off. I shouted him twice as he left the bus stop.
Booking very easy with very friendly staff Minibus arrived exactly at the time specified Excellent service with help getting on and off with mobility aids Very safe and considerate driving I could not have chosen better
Unfriendly staff...Lets the shop down...real shame!
