First time coming here as I booked last minute and drove up from Devon to watch Wicked with my family. What a lovely establishment. The place was clean, roomy and reasonable priced.nThe self service ticket stations were easy to manage and we queued for less than 2 minutes for snacks.nThe employee who serviced us was fantastic, great service and manners.nCinema 4 was spacious and clean.nI am looking forward to coming again.nOnly downside and this is not the cinemas fault hence I have not marked them down is I am an EV driver and after looking on the website somerset website and it stated northgate car park had 8 EV bays, which I know is a bit of pot luck, but to see all 8 bays parked with cars that are clearly not EV was annoying. This is something that needs to be managed, same with the disabled bays, cars parked without badges. Again not the cinemas fault but its worth being mindful if you drive an EV or need closer parking due to disability issues.

It was a great Cinema, warm and comfortable even in the cheap seats. Friendly staff, clean loos - everything you could want. The food is of course wildly overpriced but show me a cinema where it isn't - we just avoided buying any!
So glad Scott cinemas seem to be successful. We have one local to us but went to the Bridgewater one with our granddaughter to see The Polar Express. Lovely new cinema and a nice surprise to have a free chocolate bar and hot chocolate.nI booked row G and what appeared to be seats with no-one in front of us to accommodate my husband's long legs only to find there was a big box construction in front of us, too high for our granddaughter to easily see over. I think that should be made clear on the on line booking page please.nOtherwise we all had a great time thank you.
Easy to book tickets using on line service with ticket reference forwarded. Easy parking and access to collect tickets. We purchased drinks and were quickly ushered into our seats. Very clean, comfortable and excellent viewing position in seats G11 & 12. Not the first time we have gone to local cinema during daytime and will definitely do it again. Thank you.
