Nice cinema. Had an issue with overpayment on my app, the Manager was extremely apologetic and helpful and the issue has been resolved. Just a shame Odeon feels the need to charge so much for sweets/food and drink. They'd make more profit, have less waste and generate more revenue if even remotely cheaper.
Easy parking , great cinema to take the children seats were. Good too and managed to get a promotional poster would like to have bagged an AVATAR poster but always worth the visit hopefully next time , we always go there to watch a movie ,plus you have a certain takeaway next door
Multiplex cinema with regular and recliner seating screens. Serve hot dogs, popcorn, ice cream etc... cost £20pp for recliner seat screen film. Clean, comfortable and warm with friendly and efficient staff.
Lack of staff, difficult to follow ticket machine, limited snack selection, also selected via ticket machine. Uncomfortable seating, apart from colour, could see no difference in premium seats. Really loud adverts and trailers. The film was good.
Odeon is a con and is getting worse, They decided to put a kids film in the recliner room which costs more of which small kids do not benefit from recliners plus with cost of living increasing this is a big deal, no wonder the cinema is empty. £56 to take 2 6 year olds to watch a film and with 2 kids popcorn and water, Odeon you should be ashamed of yourself!!! The new cinema in Bridgwater is defiantly the way to go as its a new place and more than half the price.
Over £35 for 2 tickets, as there was no option for non-reclining chairs in screen. Almost walked out and this point. The reclining chairs were outdated and you feel stung. Overall odeon Taunton is much more expensive than others as they are the only cinema around and have a monopoly. Would give 0 stars if I could. To make it better reduce ticket prices and you’d make more money as the cinema would be full.

The 3h avatar movie in 3D was amazing but the room temperature was so high that it made me focus less at the movie and more on keeping my body temperature under the boiling point.
Sat in screen 5 to watch Avengers: Infinity War. Standard cinema with little leg room for someone 6ft. Seats looking old and worn. Backs broken and fabric torn. The one saving grace we were only two for this viewing. Prices for popcorn and drink were high but that is expected of cinema's these days. Ticket prices are quite expensive for what you get.
I really enjoyed this cenima, it was very clean and well decorated. Comfortable seats and a large screen. The team there was really helpful and friendly as well. I recommend this location to anyone wanting to view the latest film
