I spend a lot of time at this cinema being a limitless member. Seats are always comfy although some seats are clearly worn/wearing out, which is the only reason really for 4 stars Staff are always very friendly when talking to you throughout your visit. I always find the venue to be clean when attending. Always has a good selection of films on, ranging from new ones, to some old classics, which are great to see on the big screen.
Pricey ticket at £19 for a standard seat - Appreciate it varies between movies. Noise from next door movie a little disturbing and the bathroom could be tidier. Staff very friendly.
Great place to go and watch the new films. Friendly staff and cinema rooms are clean and tidy. Toilets smell clean when you walk in. Plenty off parking and wheel chair access. The only jipe I’ve got is the price of the food.. way too expensive.
Decided to update my review as since then I’ve been a regular customer of this cinema due to its location.nMy previous review was a negative one due to the over priced tickets.nThankfully in recent years their prices have become more reasonable especially if you take advantage of their offers cheaper tickets on a Monday for instance. The cinema itself is older in design but is well maintained by the staff members. Toilets can get dirty during busy periods but are regularly cleaned. One or two of the screens could also do with having the seats replaced due to wear and tear over the years. Other than that the other screens are comfortable and the staff are always helpful which makes for an overall pleasant experience.
Odeon Taunton was clean, comfy, and a great place to watch a 3D film. Staff were friendly and helpful. We saw Minecraft – fun experience, though not sure why young lads kept clapping randomly!
