Such a shame that our experience has been changed after both having had good haircuts here in the past, but my son has been in bits since having his hair cut here yesterday. He wanted the top length to stay & the sides undercut as usual. He ended up with the girl blending & then when told no she started shortening everything. Then the guy next to her had to take over & gave us a bit of a lecture that my son should know what he wants - he did! He then shaved higher & higher & the top length is 1/3 what it was before. One very upset child & one very clumpy haircut that he can't do anything with & he'd been growing it for months. Very disappointed. Reply to scissorhandz He originally asked the girl to keep the length on top & for it to be cut underneath at the sides as he wanted it to be flopping over the top, like it's been cut before, at your establishment. He was very clear. Maybe we should have put it up in a man bun to make this clearer. Then it all went pear shaped & it got cut into & layered more & more, as the guy hadn't seen it pre cut, or heard what he wanted. As for showing him how to use products, we've got lots of products, previously purchased from yourself & he can apply them, but that's not going to alter the shape, or shortness!

It was walk in didn't have to make a appointment, the young lady that cut my hair was pleasent. Decent cut. Would I go again 🤔 yes.

I won't be going back. Went to this hairdressers for the first time and after the gentleman cut my hair, I thought he'd done a good job and even gave him a tip. That was until I met my friends and they said that it looked like it'd been cut with a "spoon and fork"! The fade is very uneven and there is a shaved bit that sticks out like a sore thumb. Also, the shaved side parting is very uneven. Awful job! It's a shame as I live around the corner and now it means I'll have to go to my regular barber, which is all the way in town.
