I will only comment on the colouring service which was poor. No strand test done on hair. Turned ash brown roots to red even though the hair was supposed to be lightened to chocolate brown all over. Asked for refund as was not going to let them try to rectify the mess they already made and was told no. Very unhelpful and not at all apologetic. Tries to blame the customer for outcome. Would never go near them again. Went to a well known salon who have done a strand test and will sort my hair out for me.
