I went in on a spare of the moment and was greeted by very welcoming and friendly team members (Especially Ben). They were willing to help me get the right fit for trainers, I wasn't rushed or made to feel like a nuisance. The store is very well stocked, nice clean layout and good prices. Highly recommend.

Plenty of staff around but they were just chatting to each other and didn't even acknowledge us. Stood about 5 minutes waiting to pay until one actually noticed us and asked if we wanted to pay, and that took about 2 minutes even with just a card. Shocking service, they're all too busy talking and can't be bothered to do anything.

Very disappointed. Bought my daughter some shoes for £60 , including the waterproof spray. Unfortunately , there was a lace missing in one of the shoes. I called and the assistant promised to post one out, as we are not local. He obviously didn't as we have not received it.
