Went to the Crawley branch today as my daughter wanted a selection of shoes. We were promptly served by a Ryan Burgess who went above and beyond to help. Gave advise on many things, organised online orders where her size wasn’t in stock and was, in my opinion, the perfect salesman. Thank you for your assistance today. We will be returning.

Awful customer experience, me, my friend and my bf came here earlier as my friend wanted to buy shoes. My boyfriend and I were being stared and pointed at by one of the workers the girl with glasses, around 5"2 and long brown hair  I understand customer service, I am a manager however, you should never judge someone for the way they dress. We were minding our own business whilst my friend was shopping, my friend was very happy with her shoes from the lovely worker who did help her however, a few training sessions should be in order for your staff.

Thank you to much to Carina in the store today she was absolutely amazing especially in the Christmas period. She was absolutely amazing with giving the best customer service despite it being busy. Honestly I’d say one of the best workers.

Had an amazing experience in store today, we had Jessica helping us today we had a three year old who she was great with and we left with 5 pairs of trainers two for him two for me and one for the wife. She also made us aware of the charity shoe bin there and I cannot recommend Schuh Crawley enough.

Nice selection, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Overall, a really nice experience. Just make sure you know what you want before going in. You may end up buying much more than what you initially thought your needs were.

Very bad customer service, there was one more customer apart from us and it took them 10 minutes to bring use the shoes we wanted to buy while they were just standing around on their devices while we were waiting. Extremely careless and inactive people. The shoes were way too expensive and overall I hated my experience.

By country miles the best shoes shop in town. Every member of the staff is always extremely kind, smiley and helpful even when they are extremely busy. These people with they friendly attitude make the whole difference. I love shopping here. Well done
