Clark's customer service skills are very good. I went on black Friday to see if I could bag a bargain and even though the shoe size I needed was not available, the girl who served me, measured my feet and ordered the shoes online for store delivery. Their product are build to last and would always recommend.
Always great service. Measured my daughters feet and a good selection of school shoes. Negative- would be better if they accepted nhs/bluelight on kids shoes as they are very pricey. Unfortunately due my child's wide feet clarkes is the only place I can shop!
Today I visited Clarks in County Mall Crawley and was very pleased to find two pairs of summer sandals. I was served by Emma who was very efficient and friendly. I could not chose between the two colour ways but as Emma offered me a small discount if I bought both pairs it was a deal breaker. Thank you Emma, I will be returning.
Friendly, helpful staff getting different boots for me to try on, even keeping them under the counter whilst we went for a coffee to decide on my purchase, which I did return to buy.
I went to Crawley Shopping Mall and Emma served me. She was extremely helpful and my shoes arrived on the weekend. Thank you Emma. I really appreciate your kindness and efficiency.
Medium sized store, with selection of men's, women and children's shoes. Staff are helpful and children's feet measuring service available. Shoes are on the expensive side especially children's shoes which they grow out of quickly and don't always last well, looking shabby after a couple of weeks wear, which is disappointing given the price. Have started only getting shoes if in the sale.
Clark shoes are great. I bought two pairs. I tried it on, and The sales associate was helpful. But one of the pairs of shoes given to me wasn't the right fit. Customer service wasn't that bad; I quickly got confused and distracted.
Very impressed with Emma at the Crawley branch Area 9 she went above and beyond my new sandals I can get these on him. Very determined to find a perfect fit.
Popped in today as my daughter needed new shoes. She has autism and the lady serving was awesome. She just got it and even though the queue was massive, she had the patience of a saint. Thank you for making the experience really good xx
Quality footwear. It is a small shop and does not have much on display but can order whatever you need online and it would get delivered to the shop for next day pick up.
