Helpful staff, nice store. No complaints other than you can find a lot of what they sell cheaper online. Personally just use this store to try on shoes in person before buying online for like 20% cheaper.
Christmas shopping and went in here to look at Dr Martens with my wife for my Xmas prezzy, came out with a great value pair of latest design boots. Staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile with no sales pressure.
Every time we've bought shoes here the service is fantastic. Friendly, helpful and fast , they advise you about offers and really make you feel valued. Great service as standard
Very helpful staff in store and online managed to get the Mrs exactly what she wanted in store even though online did say out of stock in her size. Everyone was helpful plus I signed up and got a £5 discount. Bonus.

Not the cheapest shoes, but good quality. Caterers for most, but mens range limited. Staff OK on my visit, helpful without ever seeming enthusiastic. Accessibility good other than the cramped layout of store.
Very busy but attended to quickly. Customer service assistants were checking everyone was OK. I was exchanging for a size bigger but didn't have the size I wanted so went for another shoe. The one I chose they could only find 1 shoe? So store ordered for me online to be delivered to my home address
