Second visit to pick up my son's PE kit and the store was closed again during their stated opening hours. If they are operating reduced hours that is fine but please state this on the shop door and your google business/ website.
Very very rude and unhelpful staff! The women who served me had such a bad confrontational attitude and no customer service skills! Would not visit again!
I had a very positive experience purchasing new school uniform for my 11 year old daughter today. The staff were polite and friendly and experienced enough to know exactly what size would fit...we were in and out in less than 15 minutes with 90% of what we needed and the other 10% on order!

Waited 6 weeks for trousers last term and on week 4 this term no comuication from them last pair faulty girl was very helpful who served me but other girl was rude and the telephone manners well they sound unhappy and rude all the time
