Moved into Crowborough a couple of months ago. Spoke to Dr Pace by telephone appointment and saw Dr Ash in the medical centre. Both doctors are very kind and helpful. Dr Ash was one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. The centre was very clean and modern. Receptionist were also very kind and helpful. A lot of information on the screen in the waiting room. I’m very pleased to be registered at Beacon Surgery.
Today I had the mirena coil fitted and I had Dr Ash and Debbie and they were both so lovely and really comforting throughout the procedure , thank you so much :
The dermatology clinic reeked of smoke. The doctor's condescending behaviour is unacceptable. He did practically nothing. So the NHS is just throwing money out of window.
I am very pleased with the service I have received in the last few months. I have managed to get through on the phone within 10 mins, admittedly I call after midday. I have had great treatment from reception staff, practice nurse and the GP. However, personally I would like the option, like pre pandemic, of being able to book an appointment in person at reception.
Fantastic GP surgery. I’ve always had excellent care.nnMinor illnesses like sinusitis and ear infections are able to be treated by the Nurse Practitioners who have been great and Pharmacists are helping with medication reviews. Dr Pace is a wonderful GP.nnI know first hand that GP surgeries are under immense pressure, mainly due to inadequate funding for the level of patient needs and demand. The Beacon Surgery manages exceptionally well given the playing field.
