I have rented through sawdye and Harris for 3 years and have always been met with an exceedingly professional service from their ashburton branch. Any residential issues that have arisen throughout my tenancy have been swiftly and satisfactorily been resolved by the team of agents employed in this branch. I am currently active in the housing market and am receiving an equally excellent service from their sales negotiators. I can't recommend sawdye and harris enough for anyone requiring a personal and efficient estate agent to usher them through the process of property sales.

We have been fortunate enough to have dealt with Sawdye & Harris on our purchase and our sale. We cannot reccomend then highly enough. They made what was a very stressful time be as stress free and as smooth as possible. They went above and beyond, keeping us updated and chasing solicitors. We would wholeheartedly reccomend them as an estate agent.

We have recently dealt with Sawdye & Harris in regards to some of there rental properties and have found them to be very pro active and professional to deal with. They have friendly staff and great communication. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking to by or have a property managed.
