Our property completed with Sample Mills this week. They sold our house within three weeks.The house sale fell through because the first time buyer at the beginning of the chain pulled out. They held on to the house that we wanted (which was also with them) until a new buyer was found at the beginning of the chain. We chose them because we found the staff friendly and honest with lots of local knowledge.Also because they saw the our house and it’s positive points the same way we did when we bought it and they weren’t afraid to try for a really decent but still sensible price. I would recommend them. Mr and Mrs Dempsey

Yesterday I completed on My First House, that i purchased through Sample Mills and Co. Steve and Teresa thank you for your help in making the process a very quick and a smooth one. Buying your first home is a scary thing but they put me at such ease i cannot recommend them enough!

I have recently used Sample Mills and Co to find a tenant for a property I rent out. Marketing of the property was good, photos excellent. They found a tenant within a week and the reference process was completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed all the way through the process. Handover was excellent and the inventory was the best I had ever seen. Sample Mills are managing the let for me and I have been offered paperless statements which helps the environment. I would highly recommend Sample Mills for any property transaction.

My mum wanted to sell her property so following my advice had Sample Mills around to value it, to say she was impressed was an understatement, ‘he really understands what i want to do’ said my mum, ‘i’m selling with them’. Within days of her property going on the market she had a number of viewings and a more than acceptable offer, the Sample Mills service was brilliant with a very helpful team who worked incredibly hard in selling my mums property, nothing was to much trouble for them and I’m happy to recommend them a 100%.
