Getting there was fine but no one available for pick up at airport for 45 mins. Arranged a return taxi with sts from hotel to stansted airport. Picked up for 5 am by friendly driver and taken to airport. Telephone operator told us to give details of flight etc to driver for return pickup. All written down given to driver for pick up 5 days later. Rang as agreed once we wete through customs and was told . 1. There were no taxis available. 2. It would be 45 mins. 3. They had no details of the booking. Had no option but to arrange taxi at the airport that was 1. Imeediate 2. Same price. Would not use STS again as we were let down

Terrible timekeeping. Ordered a cab at Down Hall, the operator told me it is going to be 20 minutes. It was 67 in the end. I was also told by he operator that I can pay by card but when the driver came he said we dont take credit cards. All in all terrible service.
