Answered the ‘phone, unlike a competitor, cab arrived when booked, at short notice. The driver was very friendly and helped my elderly father out of the car. And only charged £5 from Chalks Avenue to the station. Fantastic. Recommended!
Absolutely would not use again as not reliable. Booked a taxi a day in advance and 39 minutes before they were due to pick up they cancelled leaving us stranded. Do not use.
Have been a loyal customer of this company for over 3 years. Recently I don't know what has happened but they have become unreliable, and both some of the drivers and the guy on the phone, very rude. Customer care is non existent. I will be taking my custom elsewhere. I would rather pay a bit more for quality service!
Poor service. Booked for an early morning airport run and they cencelled just over a day before the booking. This should be their bread and butter. Too late to get a replacement. Guess we'll have to pay a fortune for airport parking. Would give zero stars if I could.
Sadlers are a great taxi service and strive to achieve high levels of customer service. Elaine was especially helpful to my wife getting a late taxi on her own, she is a credit to the company.
First class service. Booked a 5-seater for midnight all the way from Dunmow and it turned up bang on time. Don't know about the other reviews but I'll be using Sadlers from now on!
Ordered a taxi for 7.20pm and waited at my house looking out the window. At 7.30pm I get an answerphone message popping up on my phone telling me he is waiting at the end of my road. I thought the idea was to pick you up from your house?! Called straight back to be told that he couldn't come down to my house as he'd be blocking the road. Not the case, a bit weird and that he'd been sent on another job. Decided to get in the car and forego wine with dinner! Saved myself a few quid on taxis. Won't be using them again.
Don't listen to the haters, this Sadlers taxi firm are doing a great job. You can rely on them, they won't be beaten on fares and the drivers are very kind and very helpful with luggage.
Absolutely disgusting!! Was charged £20 for a 5 min journey because they had to come from a distance!!?? Not my problem - flat fare should have been £9 what a bloody rip off!! NEVER EVER USE!! AVOID
