Absolutely loved the fish and chips at Saracens Head! The fish was well-cooked, and the chips were nicely crispy. Great value for money and a satisfying, classic meal. Highly recommend!
Lovely staff and friendly atmosphere! Big thanks to Amber she was brilliant, absolutely no faults at all. Hopefully getting the recognition she deserves! Me and my family were so pleased with our experience, food and drinks were nice and service was great!
We called to reserve a table in the morning, but after waiting for half an hour, there was still no table for us. When we asked the restaurant manager, his attitude was arrogant and rude. I asked him why we had to reserve a table, and if there was no table when we make a booking , he actually tell us “you can leave it “. We never go there again for this poor service. Unfortunately, the boss employ this poor manager employees
I’ve been staying at this venue for a number of years and can truly say the staff work hard. The puppies clean food is value for money. Hotel connected is also very good will continue to use these facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Each member of staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and above all did a great job.nnThe staff on the till were patient andnHelpful as I navigated the meals, drinks, desserts and vouchers.nnFood came out quickly and was exactly what we ordered even though there were many little add-ons and options.nnI usually get names but on this occasion all the staff on shift are included in this complimentary feedback.nnGreat job from the whole team here tonight...nnDon't forget to validate your parking on the machine !!nD
