Went for a dinner in central Glasgow with easy parking nearby. The food tasted great and the performance from the chefs prepping your food is worth paying for ! Chicken is halal but please confirm on day. Each dish typically comes with rice and some sautéed potatoes
I love sapporo! I have been a number of times. It makes a great date, day out with friends and most recently birthday celebration where the chef came out at the end and sang happy birthday to the birthday boy complete with bongo drums. I have got the itison voucher afew times which makes it more affordable. The chefs are always great fun and very skilled at what they do. The food has never been disappointed. I paid an extra supplemet for the duck and my friend the steak, which were both cooked perfectly and delicious! Have had lovely cocktails also. It's great getting to share a seating area with other people and bonding over the fun display and tricks going on and experience a bit of a different culture. There is a service charge added to the bill, but I personally feel it is very well deserved. I will definitely be back at sapporo again in future.
We got the chicken terriyaki tenpanyaki which was really fun and yummy! The potatos were great with the garlic mayo! We also liked the katsu bao and duck spring rolls! The chicken gyoza was good but just normalFood: 5/5

I had a prawns tempura at different places, it could be more crispy and fresh but it wasn’t that I expected. Sushi rolls were good but I as mentioned sea food needs to be fresh and testy. Service was great.
This is my 3rd visit at Sapporo Teppanyaki in Glasgow and they never disappoint. Overall a lovely evening with good food and drinks. The ambience of the place is great and so is the experience. It is slightly on the expensive side but totally worth it for special celebrations. We were a group of 8 of which we had one vegetarian request which was very well managed. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this place for a unique dining experience. Vegetarian options: There is a decent number of vegetarian options to choose from and they are lovely at accommodating dietary restrictions.
Cannot fault this place. Service was amazing. The staff where all amazing, so happy and so friendly. Most importantly the food was also amazing. First time at sapporo and will definitely be back. Really good night and great atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Great experience for the kids. They loved the entertainment and the flames. Food was good but they forgot to make anything for my wife and kids. We had to call the chef out to cook up more chicken for the kids. My wife’s tofu main came out last after i’d finished most of my main course. The staff were lovely but the kids couldn’t wait that long for their main course. We still enjoyed the night but i cant give 5/5. Vegetarian options: Quick heads up. The tofu is silken soft. Kid-friendliness: See comments. The staff and chef missed our kids order.
It's a good experience to see them cooking your food and they put on a show for you to keep you entertained. Certainly the funnest dinner I've been to. The food was just okay, I don't know if it's because we using an itison voucher/menu, but the food wasn't anything to remember unfortunately.Food: 4/5
Wow just wow!! We absolutely loved it here. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were brilliant & entertaining. I won't spoil the experience for anyone by divulging what they do - go find out for yourselves - I promise you won't be disappointed at all. The food we had was divine. We'd never tried food like this before. Great size portions too. We'll definitely be back.
