Great service! Didn't get my watch's battery replaced at Fenwick's but the replacement is easily done here and it just cost 9 pounds 10% student discount included. I'm so happy about this!! Definitely would recommend!
Superlative, unrivalled watch repairer and horologist. Local chap from the area. Top class service a lovely shop and surroundings to be in. This is a very high class establishment with a lot of taste. The prices are commensurate and a real saving against the large scale service and repair companies. This is a very welcomed nod, to the boutique style businesses Colchester is famed for from the hey day of yesteryear. 5 well worthy stars * * * * * and I would like to have given a lot more.
A bracelet i bought for my fiance broke after buying it and after lockdown eased I came in and they replaced it no questions asked and they remembered me which was handy since I forgot the receipt! Very nice owners and beautiful selection!
Superb friendly service as usual, i took my Tissot Touch for a new battery, every other jeweller had said, 'It will have to go back to Tissot,' Not so if you take one here.
I took my Rolex into Santis for a service and new glass. Great price and excellent service, highly recommended!
