Horrific service, staff did not care for my situation until after I had to get my boss involved, and for 40 days I remained unable to open an account due to multiple employee mistakes. Also a machine consumed £20 and my money was supposed to be returned to me the next morning, yet that has not been the case! I was even told I would receive a phone call to confirm, and to no surprise that did not happen either.

This is worst bank in UK they are racist and discrimination us because we re not British citizen! We can not open account because English language not well! I'm not recommend even for my enemy too
