Has anyone tried to actually speak to a Santander employee? I have tried 4 phone numbers one was recommended by a voice at the end of the telephone but was not in existence apparently. If you do not do "online" forget it, but trying to contact your local branch (even online) or to actually speak to someone seems to be impossible. Do not try to ask about opening an account on the telephone either, you will waste your time. Now, I wonder what Nat West is like....
