This is the branch I prefer to use in my district. The only thing is waiting times are lengthy as it seems to be always busy. The service when it's your turn is very good which is why I return here. They have a branch mobile phone but answering the calls and responding is a bit hit and miss. This is a management and operations issue in my opinion. The staff are constantly heads down helping customers.
Customer service wise, this branch is one of the best I have been in. Opening accounts, insurance and sorting little problems, they have always been professional, friendly and helpful. Usually a que to get served, has a paying in machine to make deposits into your account using Debit Card.
Failed to let my wife deposit cash into my account on my behalf even though they have allowed this before
