When are Santander going to employ staff that know what they are doing? All I wanted was to transfer some monies from one account to another what did the lady do but transfer the whole lot, leaving me with little monies to use. Of course what happens when I ask for them to get it back they say go to your other bank to retrieve it!! What happens it isn't showing up in my other account and can take up to 3 days....why because it is a Friday!!!!

Friendly helpful Staff who take the time to get to know their customers, at a time when the banking world is often rightly seen as a faceless emotionless entity, thankfully the staff in this local branch are the opposite..highly recommend.
