This branch used to very good. The staff are still great, but cuts in staff numbers and service AND the useless opening times render the branch unfit for my purposes. NOT GOOD, they are all going this way.

This site says open on a Wednesday, "the most busy time"  I walked there this morning , Wednesday only to find the door firmly shut and a notice saying it doesn't open on a Wednesday.  With the three nearest branches of HSBC, Nat West and RBS recently closed they really are missing the chance to pick up a lot of business but closing mid afternoon on the days they are open, is insane.

Only branch for miles around and it still has part time opening hours. If you do get in look forward to slow service with a member of staff front of house trying to persuade you to use the machine rather than help the 1 other member of staff serve customers. I was 1 of 3 whilst I was queuing who decided it was not worth the wait. Off to Barclays.

Lucy the branch manager is probably one of the nicest most helpful members of staff you could possibly have running a bank. Efficient, sound advice and went hugely out of her way to help me this afternoon. She deserves a medal. Well done and thank you for all your help.
