A very small interior and no sense of where to queue. Wait times are long and the service is sedentary. Use the ATM or online banking as much as you can, only visit the branch as a last resort.
Given that the online banking always has technical issues and cannot ever be used. The slug like service is almost useful. Zero stars!
Would not try to open a business account on line it's a nightmare wouldn't give 1 star if I could give non I would shocking service every time I call the online team they really don't care
Impossible to contact by phone as there is such a long time on hold. Telephone options do not cover many areas clearly either. A truly awful company to deal with every time I try.
Experienced staff always very helpful. A very good branch.
