They never seem to be open. As for hole in the wall - forget it! I'm often asked if I'd like to switch to online banking? No way. 16th April 2022 - yet again, the hole in the wall not allowing the deposit of cash this time. Total incompetence. My son's going to be put in the red yet again because of their utter incompetence! A disgusting way to run a business.
We are very lucky to still have a fully functioning Santander Bank in Brecon. It has been completely refurbished and is bright and cheerful place. Even still looks like a bank unlike some others in town. The staff are always helpful and available especially for those who prefer dealing with real people rather than the machines.
Went in there twice, intimidating customer service, borderline rude.
Fantastic customer service, so helpful.
