Went in to open a savings account and the staff were very helpful and efficient and friendly, process was straightforward and reassuringly knowledgeable.
Visited here today about payment details on a mortgage. The woman on the help counter couldn't have been more helpful. She went out of her way to help us sort it out even though she couldn't get through to the call centre. The branch seemed to have a large footfall and I'm not surprised when the staff care. Would definitely visit again if I need them.
Haven't been into the branch for years until this week 21st march 2023 and was very pleased with the help we got .Very pleasant young lady helped us.Also the lovely gentlemen the day before.
It's awesome I love my bank it does what I needs them and it to do and also I have no problems and the staff are kind

A typical Santander bank. although a little on the small side. It does however have a convenient ATM located outside.
