The staff are very very helpful and when I went in I did not have to Wait long I will not bank any were else because the staff are brilliant there and they are extremely helpful

Ignore the negative press about RBS, when you walk into an RBS branch the staff care, no they are not going to ofter you 5% on your savings, but no one will (or at least without a catch) At RBS Barrow you rarely have to wait, the staff care about you and your problems and it helps that they also having the best internet/mobile banking on the market if that's your preference.
