I can't thank Courtney enough, she goes above and beyond to help with our sale. Really cheerful and continues to keep us in the loop and seems to me she works the hardest on our behalf! The legal team not so on top of it. Very slow sale due to bottom of the chain..fingers crossed now its been 16 wks.
I was unhappy that the final bill was £24 more than the agreed price and also that an email I sent which specifically requested a reply went unanswered, very unprofessional.
Whilst dealing with the staff at Poole Townsend I was always treated with respect and courtesy. I cannot speak highly enough of the girls that helped me through often difficult periods and details that I am not conversant with. I cannot praise them all highly enough. I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with Poole Townsend. My gratitude to you all Ladies.
i have used Caroline and her team for few years now.they have never let me down,always show great service and know how to look after their customers.i would even go as far as them making dreams come true for me..thanks as usual
