Just tried to transfer some money and then its locked it and won't give it me. And now i have to go into branch ??? How bizarre is that! Its my money I transfered it in the first place.
atm swallowed my card ! staff on tills ok . financial management abs rubbish wd not recommend . messed me about. thinkin ofmovin bank . investment staff have degrees in languages n architecture , not maths n economics . !!
The worst customer service i ever had and rude attitude to customers. Staff very low knowledge and basic bank experience needs extra patience and help from management which is insane. I'm disappointed about this bank I'm honest do not recommend anyone.
I have been with Santander for a while now and they have been an amazing bank for me because of how many issues I had with my account and they helped me with everything to get it back in shape and normal again and they have been very well with me especially when I have a disability and I’m very anxious of people they made me feel welcome here as a customer I couldn’t thank you enough

Didn't know how to use the cash in machine i do now but at the time i didnt and there wasn't anyone around ti help me so instead of standing round looking lost i waited in the que for the bankers behind the glass, once i got to the glass and asked to deposit my money into my account i was told "its simply to use the machines a child could do it". Its ok for her to deposit money for an elderly person but for someone who wasnt sure on how to do it i was in the wrong. She doesn't look like she enjoys her job anyways horrible women. Still thinking of taking my banking elsewhere as their customer service is poor.
